1. What happens when I book an appointment?

When you book an appointment on Booksy, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After booking, please wait for the staff to confirm your appointment. You’ll get an email once it’s confirmed.

2. How do I make an appointment?

To schedule your appointment, simply visit our website and click on the “Book Now” button. We use Booksy for seamless and convenient online booking.

3. Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, we recommend making an appointment to ensure that you can be seen at your preferred time. Book online now

4. How much notice do I need to give for a cancellation?

Although we’d prefer as much notice as possible, we get that emergencies happen and life throws some serious curve balls at times! This is why we allow you to cancel your own appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment starts. Within 4 hours, otherwise you may be charged up to the deposit cost of your service.

5. What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming packages.

6. How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Log in to your Booksy account, go to your appointments, and select the option to reschedule or cancel. Please make changes at least 24 hours in advance.

7. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

Yes, we accept debit cards, all major credit cards, and cold hard CASH!

9. Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we love selling gift cards of any amount. Drop by the shop!

10. How long does a typical appointment take?

A typical appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the service you require.
